 Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee and direct the commercial staff in the area to guarantee that projects and clients receive efficient commercial assistance.
 Create and put into action commercial strategies that will promote company expansion and profitability. 
Oversee the pricing, negotiating, and contract administration parts of commercial contracts.
 Evaluate project expenses, profit margins, and budgets frequently to make sure financial goals are fulfilled. 
Examine industry patterns and rivalry to find fresh business prospects. 
Create and preserve a solid rapport with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. 
In order to ensure the effective completion of projects, give project teams advice and commercial support.
 Keep an eye on and update top management on commercial performance measures. 
 

Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar discipline. 
Maximum of 5 years of professional experience in an operational management capacity within an engineering or construction business. 
Strong grasp of contractual and business principles. 
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiating abilities.
 A track record of effectively overseeing the business side of major projects. The capacity to function both alone and together. 
Adept with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
